Research and Innovation initiatives, TITAN, AI4media, AI4Trust, and vera.ai - in cooperation with the European Commission - are pleased to publish the detailed agenda for our policy and innovation conference in Brussels on 29 June 2023. This unique hybrid event focuses on exploring the issues and challenges around generative AI and the tackling of disinformation. Disinformation is a growing threat online, leading to distrust in institutions and other serious consequences. This event will discuss the benefits and challenges presented by generative AI, explore how the threats can be tackled, and look at the latest cutting-edge advanced AI tools for countering disinformation. Panels will feature expert speakers from policy, journalism, research and innovation, with an opportunity to network with them during conference breaks and closing drinks. Hosted by the Belgian broadcaster, VRT, the symposium will be in hybrid form (on location and via live stream). Registration is required to participate. Register here.
